Busy with a capital B! Editing Forsaken.

IceMoonSeries

I’ve been crazy busy lately.

I mean Busy with a capital B y’all!

That’s a good thing though. It means that things are happening. And with that life is moving forward and so is my book series.

Some of you who read my blog may not know about my book series. That’s because I deleted all of it last August. It’s a long story. One that involves lots of pain and prayer, as well as God’s release from completing it at that time. For that, I am so grateful to Him. I really needed the break.

For those of you that don’t know anything about the Ice Moon series, I will tell you just a little bit. Soon, you will be able to go to it’s webpage and read all about it since we just repurchased the web address yesterday!

The Ice Moon series currently consists of two fully written books, the third is almost finished and ready to go to the editor.

The series begins with Ice Moon, the story about Haden, a prophetic girl born under the Ice Moon to fight for her people and to expose the darkness that hides amidst the world, unseen and seemingly unnoticed. Haden is no ordinary girl and has a sickness so dark that it has been kept a secret since she was a child. Haden must drink blood to survive. Knowing it’s an abomination to God, Haden not only struggles with her condition, but also fights it, going from such extremes as to giving up on fighting it, as well as giving up on her own precious life. Haden’s journey is one of great learning. Much like our own life, her story is filled with struggles, sadness, trials, hope, joy, love and personal growth.

It has been written with love for those who feel lost, abandoned or simply need a good story that will touch their heart and soul.

After months of withdrawal from the series, fans began finding me and sharing their personal stories with me about how Ice Moon and Forsaken touched their lives.  This had me searching in prayer as to whether I was going to finish the series.

And here I am. It is because of those fans.

So today, on this cool, cloudy Idaho morning I will be jumping into cleaning up Forsaken for it’s rerelease.

Happy Monday everyone!!

I missed you those two weeks I took away from “social media” and I’m very happy to read of your decision. Once that “peace that passeth understanding” is with us, we can accomplish what He sat out for us to do.

      Hi Grammy!

It’s good to see back in virtual land! 🙂 Believe it or not, I am already done with editing both Ice Moon and Forsaken and am very pleased at what I cleaned up. We’re not working on new book trailers. Thank you for your prayers!
