After my 6th baby was born I was at my heaviest weight in years. I was swollen, depressed, in pain and miserable. In the past when I was a singer I was an avid Pilates junkie. And yet here I was with severe spine issues and unable to do anything.

Or so I thought.

And then I stumbled upon a website by a fellow homeschooling mom. I was intrigued by all of the information she was sharing about essential oils so I frequented her site a few times. One of those times I saw that she was a Ttapp instructor and that she had a video of her at one of Theresa Tapp’s get togethers. I watched it in awe as she shared her testimony. And then I did what I do best.

I Googled to see what exactly Ttapp was.

After seeing some pretty inspiring before and after pictures and videos I was definitely curious. And then I read that Ttapp was created for people with Chronic Fatigue and Auto Immune Diseases. I read that Theresa herself had severe spine issues. They also stated that Ttapp was safe for children all the way to seniors. Now I was really intrigued. So I prayed and then bought the “Basic Workout Plus” dvd and Theresa’s book.

That dvd changed my life in a very short period of time. And I’m here to tell you that it is again. As I write this I am almost 42 years old and I am the mom of 9 children. My youngest 3 are three and under. Having so many babies so close together was a strain on my body. And during my pregnancy with the last one we traveled across the country for 6 1/2 weeks and moved to a new state. I also suffered a subchorinic hemorrhage so I was bedridden and much more inactive than normal.

A couple of months ago I decided to dust off my “Basic Workout Plus” dvd because I remembered how it blessed before. What happened made me sad. I was so weak that I couldn’t do 5 minutes of it. I decided that it was my body telling me I needed more rest. So that’s what I did. I listened to my body.

This can be tough but it’s so important.

And then a couple of weeks ago I decided to try again. This time I was able to do the Instructional video! Whooo. Hooo.

We all have to start somewhere! There is no shame in staring back at the beginning. It’s better than not starting at all!

And now here I am two weeks later. I’ve lost 17 inches!!!

Yes, you read that right! Not only am I on my way to getting my body back but I feel stronger than I have in a long time. And in only 2 weeks! On top of that, my back has so much relief when I’m done exercising! That’s huge!

So if you’re looking for a gentle but effective exercise that works, I highly suggest looking into Ttapp.

I will warn you. It may look easy but it will kick your hiney.
